Maria Figueroa
María lives and embraces her yogic life every single day with an open and positive state of mind. She embarked onto the path of Yoga practice over ten years ago now while searching for a medical alternative for her physical health issues. As a person originating from a tropical country, Colombia, she fell in love with the hot rooms and the various yoga styles, going from a Bikram yoga practice to Kundalini yoga, experiencing Yang and Yin energies and “Ha-tha” power.
Throughout her journey she has arrived at the realization that each and every style of yoga ultimately leads us to a deep connection with our true self so that we live a harmonious, balanced life.

Brigitte Faubert
Brigitte has completed a 500-hour Hatha Yoga training with a teacher who employs the Iyengar technique. This technique uses a lot of accessories to support and correct the students in their practice. Thanks to her teacher, Brigitte was able to benefit from these more specialized lessons for a greater performance.
At the beginning of each class, she shares with people some notions of yoga philosophy to complement the Asana (posture) course. She is also a massage therapist and orthotherapist and uses her postural knowledge to ensure that students are well positioned in each posture. She is very attentive to everyone’s needs and ready to make the necessary adjustments to help them.
Yoga has helped her to find well-being and she seeks to transmit these teachings to others so that they can achieve a healthy balance of body, soul and spirit and live a happier, stress reduced, healthier life.

Natalie Dubé
I was introduced to the spiritual world over 20 years ago and have since maintained a rigorous, deep and regular meditation practice.
At a very young age, I developed an interest in health and well-being. For over 15 years, I followed a great Chinese Qigong master, Dr. Yan Xin, from whom I learned an advanced meditation technique. I learned a lot about the human body: how it works and the close relationship between diet and healing. I then found 2 other spiritual and mystical teachers in the USA with whom I continue my training on body & mind.
While I was teaching French for several years, students would come to me to talk about different themes related to well-being and health. Eventually, I decided to train as a personal development coach to help others regain their power, confidence and harmony.
At the same time, I took a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga course (380hrs) with Sylvie Tremblay at the Sangha de Montréal. This training transformed my life and led me to move to Costa Rica in 2018, where I've had the privilege of teaching yoga in some of the world's leading yoga center-hotels.
For me, yoga and meditation go far beyond the physical because of their holistic benefits. They enable human beings to connect with their true nature to feel free, fulfilled and happy.
